At RaveCity, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Please read the details below to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Exclusions: Some items, such as final sale or personalised products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any specific restrictions.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our customer support at support@ravecity.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return:
    Securely package the item(s) along with the RAN and any relevant documentation.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Send the package to the address provided by our support team. You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Inspection & Processing:
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds:
    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • Exchanges:
    If you prefer an exchange, please specify the desired item in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability and will follow  a 30-day return window.
